How to Submit Library Orders

Please submit all school library orders along with your school's tax exemption paperwork to our email

You may submit a Word/Google document or spreadsheet to us with the ISBNs or the title and author, as well as the binding (paperback, hardcover, or library binding) and quantity needed for each. We will then create a quote for you based on what's available, and will let you know if any adjustments need to be made (such as a title being on backorder).

We will send an invoice once the final quote is approved. For orders over $100, we do ask for full payment before we place the order with our distributor. Let us know how many receipts you would like, and we will also send the paid invoice for your records. For large orders, we do prefer checks to avoid credit card processing fees.

For collection of your order, we provide 3 options: local delivery, in-store pickup, or shipping for an additional fee.
