Shipping Options
Our current shipping options are USPS Media Mail and USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout with entry of delivery address.
Order Processing Time
Processing time for an order designated "in store pickup" is generally within 24 hours as long as the products ordered are in stock in store. In the event that a book is listed incorrectly as "in stock" on our website but is currently out of stock in store, we may require additional time to order and receive the book for you. This can extend processing times by several days depending on information provided from our book distributor, Ingram Book Group. If an order becomes delayed for this reason or any other reason, we will contact you immediately. If product cannot be ordered, you will receive a refund. You may also have the option to cancel your order at any time.
Processing time for orders designated for shipping is generally 1-3 days. Processing time may be delayed for the same reasons as stated above.
Delivery Address
Please double check all delivery address information before submitting your order. If an incorrect delivery address has been provided when placing an order, contact us immediately at rollingrabbitbooks@gmail.com to send us the correct address. If the order has already shipped with the incorrect address due to customer error, we are not responsible for lost items, nor can we provide a refund for the order.
International Orders
We do not currently accept international orders at this time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information if available. You will be able to track your package directly from the carrier's website. If there is a problem tracking your order, please contact the carrier. If order is lost or stolen, we cannot be held responsible.
