November is Empathy Action Month. One of our favorite resources for teaching empathy is “We’ve Got This!” by @empathylabuk @julianaeigner @rashmiwriting @wordsandpictures_books. It tackles so many important topics including the science of emotions, how to listen to others in a meaningful way, and developing the ability to empathize.
We’re delighted to be giving away 5 free copies of “We’ve Got This!” to help educate children on what it means to have empathy for others.

- Like this post
- Comment with an example of empathy!
- Tag someone in your comment who you think does a good job of practicing empathy (it could be a friend, family member, or even an author you look up to!)
