Refund policy
In Store: We are happy to accept returns with a receipt within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund, or exchange for an item of equal value. Products must be undamaged and unopened to be eligible for return. Used books are final sale.
Online: We may accept returns within 7 days from the date your order arrived at its destination. If you decide within this allotted time frame you would like to return a product, return shipping must be covered by the customer. If there is a problem with your order, such as damaged product, incorrect product shipped, or other issues, please contact us immediately at rollingrabbitbooks@gmail.com so that we may resolve the issue to the best of our ability. In the case of damaged or incorrect product, with photo evidence of error provided, we will send a shipping label at no cost to the customer for return shipping. Once damaged or incorrect product is received, we will ship replacement product at no additional cost to the customer.
